* Fax us your order at (949)215.7983 Please be sure to include the company name, business tax ID, address, telephone, fax number, and contact person's name along with the items you would like to order. We will reply to your fax confirming your order.
DELIVERY
* We ship via DHL, UPS or Ground. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
* Merchandise may also be shipped by another delivery service at the request of the customer.
* All in-stock merchandise will be shipped within three business days after receipt of order.
* Back orders and out-of-stock merchandise will be shipped within 10 business days after receipt of order, unless further notice.
PAYMENTS
* We accept all major credit cards except Discover.
* C.O.D. Payments are preferred. We accept company checks, cash and money orders.
* Returned unpaid business checks are subject to a returned check fee of $50.00.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
* Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We are dedicated to offering you quality products at fair prices and delivering your merchandise as soon as possible.
* If you are not satisfied with any of our products for any reason, simply return the merchandise within 15 days after delivery. We will promptly either refund, exchange, or credit your account. After 30 days, merchandise may not be returned, refunded or exchanged, unless an item or items that are still under warranty are being returned for service. Items beyond 30 days will not be accepted without a confirmation.

ERRORS ON OUR SITE
As we are human, and constantly adding to our site, you will occasionally find errors. Errors in price will not be honored. We will cancel any such orders and e-mail you with the correct price. You can then instruct us if you would like the item to be shipped or have us refund your order.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Most products will ship within 3-5 business days of your order. If an item is not in stock at the time of your order, we will e-mail you with a shipment date. You can then instruct us if you would like the item to be shipped or the order refunded.If you need a product by a specific date or need expedited shipping such as Second Day Air or Next Day Air be aware selecting such does not mean your order will ship the next business day. Place arrival date needs in the "Notes" field during checkout, or call during normal business hours for verification and status. You will receive an email on the date your order ships with the tracking number, except for overseas and FPO or APO addresses. The additional shipping costs and handling will then be charged to you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers MUST be "Verified" before we will ship your order and additional shipping cost will apply.
